How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your WorkWealth account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@mkappstudios.com from the email address associated with your WorkWealth account
2. Subject line: Include "WorkWealth Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
3. Include in your email:
   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your WorkWealth account
   • A brief statement requesting account deletion

What Happens When You Request Deletion

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data:

• Your account profile and personal information (name, email, phone, etc.)
• Job postings and applications
• Messages and chat conversations
• Reviews and ratings you provided
• Uploaded documents and work samples

Data That May Be Retained

For legal compliance and business purposes, certain data may be retained in anonymized form:

• Financial Records: Payment data retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Dispute Resolution: Communication records related to unresolved disputes may be retained until resolution
• Legal Obligations: Data required by law, regulation, or court order will be retained as necessary
• Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics for product improvement

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
• You will lose access to all WorkWealth features and data
• Active transactions or disputes may delay the deletion process
• You may re-register for a new account after deletion if desired
